Can you answer Me! ^^’s question about Treadmill?:
I know you can do both.
I know you can do both.
But I was wondering for at the gym… I usually walk on the treadmills there, because when I run I’m self conscious that I’m making to much noise when I put my feet back up and down super fast on the spinny thing.
Treadmill Tips

Treadmill Feedback: either. it doesnt matter.
Treadmill Feedback: do which ever makes you comfortable
Treadmill Feedback: thats what i want to know
Treadmill Feedback: run, fuck the noise. walking is 4 pussies and doesn’t develop shit
Treadmill Feedback: I prefer to gently run, jog you can say. I put 6.5 as my speed.
Treadmill Feedback: well if you don’t do your best at the gym then its kind of pointless to go, so yes RUN
Treadmill Feedback: either… don’t be self comscious, its fine!
Treadmill Feedback: it was intended to be for running.
But now you can do just about anything with a treadmill
Treadmill Feedback: you can do both its just up to you
Treadmill Feedback: u can do either or
Treadmill Feedback: it is weird to think that running is worst for ur body but it is true u should walk, it is better for ur mussels.
Treadmill Feedback: Lol thats funny but you can run or walk it doesn’t matter at all.
Treadmill Feedback: walk for two minutes and run for six.
bring an ipod or mp3 to the gym so you dont hear yourself running if it bothers you alot.
Treadmill Feedback: there is not etiquette to follow here do what is comfortable for you
Treadmill Feedback: well..running works you harder. don’t worry about the noise..it’s a gym. that’s what they’re therer for anyways..to run onn
Treadmill Feedback: Honey don’t care what people think. If you want to run, run. People actually aren’t paying attention to you like you think they are in your head. I mean, are you always watching what other people are doing the whole time you’re there or are you more concerned with yourself? Don’t let your workout routine be ruined because of what others think. Plus, I doubt anybody notices anything like that. It’s the gym not the library.
Treadmill Feedback: You can do either one, even in the gym.
Treadmill Feedback: Don’t a lot of the people at your gym wear headphones? If you listen to some music while you run maybe you wouldn’t hear your foot falls so loudly.
And I’m sure most people there are just totally absorbed in their own workouts and not paying much attention to others. So try not to feel self conscious about it.
Of course, that’s why I have a treadmill at home. I’m too self conscious to work out in a gym. So you are braver than I am!
Treadmill Feedback: Yous should do what you feel, If you want to run then you have the same right as the rest of the gym. If not what can you do about it? Not run and get less exercise? I mean that’s and opinion. Do what you’re comfortable with.
Treadmill Feedback: You’re suppose to make noise at the gym. Get you run on girl and don’t worry about making noise. Bring your ipod and crank up the tunes so you can’t hear yourself if you freak out over the noise. At my gym everyone is running, everyone is making noise, everyone is grooving to the cardio beat. Relax and Just Do It!
Treadmill Feedback: well if the treadmill is on the highest speed ur gonna have to run no walk. unless you wanna smack urself of the head. but they wouldnt have the high speed if you werent supposed to run. but either one. it depends on wat you want. like wen you go to the park or watev you can run or walk. but dnt worry about the noise…it pays off cuz the faster you go the more calories you burn. and if youre still self conscious blast ur mp3 so you cant hear urself…
Treadmill Feedback: start off slow and work your way up! Never feel self concious! If you do then maybe the gym isnt the best place for you! Give you self a different enviroment to run in! Try running outside! Everyone has a different pace! Dont push yourself too hard!
