Treadmill Feedback: Life Fitness……not familiar with Technogym, but my gym has a lot of Life Fitness equipment and it is high quality.
Treadmill Feedback: I know this probably isn’t the answer you want to hear, but in my opinion, a treadmill is a treadmill… they all do the same thing. I just use it to run - to see how fast, how far, and how many calories I burn.
If you just want it for those reasons, any one will do.
Treadmills nowadays have fancy readers and different logs on them, such as a heart rate monitor. If you want any fancy stuff like that, you can find them, just pay a little more.
(It’s kind of like how, there used to be regular weight scales, and now they have ones that monitor fat percentage, and can log in your last weight and show you how much weight you’ve lost per weigh-in, and etc..)
