I come across this all the time. A good test will be after hitting the start button, increase your incline. If the incline is working and the belt is not moving, but the console is lit up and time is elapsing, then most likely it's that board. The particular board for your treadmill, an MC2100(A) can be repaired and upgraded for about $70. It's easy to replace the board yourself once you get it back. Take a picture or draw a diagram of the wires before sending the board out for repair. Make sure you unplug the treadmill before disconnecting any wires on that board! Check out http://www.mc70repairexpert.com/default.html They warranty their work, will repair your board, and make it run cooler and better than the brand new one you that you would buy from ICON ($130-$190).
